What To Do With the Leafs Bottom Six

The bottom six forwards of an NHL team can have a variety of different uses. Some are used mainly as penalty killers, others provide energy with speed and lots of shots. Some act as sandpaper on the other team, while others provide grit, and dare I say, truculence to a team’s lineup.

Olympic Knockout Round “Preview”

So I’m a little late to the party on this one. Sue me.

For what it’s worth, two of the four Qualification games have already been played, and I would have called Russia and Slovenia winning. I definitely didn’t predict Russia and Slovenia ending up in those positions, but hey, I’ve never claimed to be psychic. Further to my point, I’m calling Slovakia and Switzerland in the other two games. Anyhow, without further ado, let’s get to this.

The Leafs and Sens always put on a good show, no matter the distance between them in the standings, so let’s ignore the fact that they’re 6th in the division and get on with this.
